JET are looking for an active and goal-oriented Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Organizing meetings with potential clients to attract new customers
- Conducting business correspondence and negotiating with corporate clients
- Establishing initial contact with clients by phone or email
- Preparing commercial proposals in accordance with corporate standards and price lists
- Sending proposals to clients and following up on them
- Negotiating cooperation terms with clients
- Representing and protecting the company's interests in the market
- Preparing and signing contracts based on agreed proposals
- Sending financial, tax documents, and invoices to clients
- Collecting information about competitors' activities and reporting it to management
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in construction or renovation
- Fluent in Georgian, intermediate level of Russian
- Proficient in using a computer (MS Office)
- Planning, presentation, and research skills
- Own a personal car (fuel and depreciation costs covered by the company)
- An active, proactive attitude
Working conditions:
- 5-day workweek
- Employment according to the Labor Code
- Corporate phone number
- Corporate car (provided after a successful probation period)
- Salary: 1,000 GEL + bonuses during the probation period, 1,500 GEL + bonuses after the probation period. Average earnings can range from 3,000 to 4,000 GEL or more
