Technical Office Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or related.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Capable of reading drawings and schematics.
- good knowledge of the Microsoft Project.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Internet.
- The Turkish Language is Preferred.
- English Language Level B2
- Familiar with AutoCAD.
Technical Office Manager Skills:
- Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and deliver under pressure.
- Strong organizational, problem problem-solving skills.
- Negotiating and analytical skills.
Technical Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Review the contractor’s List of Deliverables (Submittal of Drawings, design, and Materials).
- Ensures compliance with the contract and project requirements.
- Plan and maintain project budgets and schedule planning activities with team and managers
- Plan and draft all documentation related to the project, such as Material Request Forms, and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports.
- Plan and draft the following documentation: Technical and Material Submittals, Shop Drawing Submittals, Submittal Forms, and IPC (Interim Payment Certificate).
- Support in drafting of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), flow, IPC PLAN, and MFC (material flow chart).
- Controlling and maintaining the safe, smooth progress of construction works.
- Preparing a daily report of the work performed at the construction site.
- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals, make notes, and draft MOM.
- Documenting project issues/conditions.
- Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
