As a leading provider of transportation services in the United States, Stratton Way Inc. is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Operator at Stratton Way, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling and other outreach methods.
- Communicate effectively with businesses and partners to foster positive relationships.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify new sales leads.
- Continuously improving through feedback and professional development.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes of cold calling and outreach activities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
