Clark Outsourcing Company is seeking an Office Administrator

Reports To: Executive Department Manager, VP Operations
Primary Relationships: Executive Department
Date: November 2024
Schedule: 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:
  • Assist visiting executives and employees from the Philippines in Georgia as needed
  • Manage the rental of the office and other corporate properties in Georgia
  • Translate Georgian documents into English to facilitate internal communication
  • Collaborate with the financial firm on bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with banks, attorneys, HMO providers, and other external providers on financial, operational, and corporate matters
  • Provide support to work-from-home employees, maintaining a cooperative approach
  • Ensure timely payment of office utilities
  • Conduct weekly office checks to ensure cleanliness and functionality
  • Provide weekly updates to the Executive Department on office status
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by Clark Outsourcing Executives

Qualifications:
  • Must be fluent in Georgian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both languages
  • 2 to 5 years of office experience at any level, demonstrating a strong understanding of office operations and procedures
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including email management, working with spreadsheets, and task management software
