GH Management is looking for an English-Speaking Customer Support Representative.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• To take appropriate actions to resolve customers' problems and concerns
• Respond to and resolve customer questions through chat, email, and telephone calls quickly and effectively.
• Take care of the administrative part of the job.

Job Requirements:

• English knowledge at Intermediate level or up is required;
• Prior customer service experience is a preference but not a requirement;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work in shifts (Weekends & night shift).
