MAJID AL FUTTAIM HYPERMARKETS GEORGIA offers the unique opportunity for employment and career development by opening the vacancy for the position of Human Capital Manager.
Role Purpose:
- Human Capital Manager is responsible for maintaining consistency in the implementation of company policies and procedures relevant to the Human Capital department in the assigned Business Units.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to assigned Business Units for all matters relating to HC processes to ensure strict compliance;
- Coordinate with recruitment team to ensure timely mobilization of employees;
- Participate as a member of recruitment panel to evaluate candidates;
- Ensure the payroll team provides business units with the correct remuneration and benefits;
- Coordinate with training team and the concerned departments and external entities the necessary trainings for employees and prepare related reports;
- Assist managers with the process of performance appraisal;
- Manage and handle all HC activities related to employees and ensure correct documentation;
- Provide the appropriate documents to the concerned party upon employee request;
- Attend to grievances of Carrefour employees in the assigned Business Units;
- Periodically conduct site visits to stores to ensure staff compliance to company’s policies;
- Provide a variety of HC reports upon request;
- Assist with the implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance and provide constructive feedback and provide inputs to senior management;
- Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles;
- Develop and implement on the job-training for the team;
- Provide inputs for the development of annual manpower plan.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Human Resources or related field;
- 5+ years of working experience in Human Resources and 1+ year experience in retail;
- Time Management and Supervisory skills;
- Problem solving and Communication skills;
- Full profeciency in English;
- Profeciency in Excel.
