Telegraph Hotel is looking for Account Receivable Clerk
Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? We're seeking a meticulous Account Receivable Clerk to join our dynamic finance team at The Telegraph Hotel.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Keeping accounts receivables ledgers in billing and accounting softs.
- Issuing invoices to customers.
- Control of receipts from customers.
- Extensive communication with customers (via phone and emails).
- Extensive communication with hotel’s different service departments.
- Organizing Daily Documentation.
- Perform Daily Bank reconciliations.
- Perform Daily cash reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in Hospitality industry and knowledge of Opera software is a must.
- Fluent English and Georgian language skills.
- Attentive to details.
- Strong communication skills, team player.
- Knowledge of English Language.
