Position Purpose

As a Receptionist, you will shape the first impressions of guests and ensure high-quality hotel services.

Responsibilities

Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
Handle reservation requests and provide appropriate solutions.
Address and resolve guest complaints and inquiries.
Prepare daily operational reports.
Promote hotel services and enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry (preferably in international hotel chains).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English is required (Russian or Turkish is a plus).
Customer-focused approach.
