Legalese Georgia are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative for international company to join dynamic team! You will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, building relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role (experience within a similar industry will be a plus - Production / sales in aquaculture);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients;
- Strong negotiation and closing skills;
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic;
- Fluency in Georgian and Russian, with English proficiency preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential new clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals);
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and challenges;
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to generate qualified leads;
Customer Communication and Relationship Building:
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential and existing customers;
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products/services to address customer needs;
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business;
Sales Process and Deal Management:
- Present and demonstrate the company's products/services in a clear and compelling manner;
- Negotiate and close deals, overcoming objections and securing customer commitment;
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed;
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, tracking progress against targets;
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
