We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at M.G. Logistic. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the logistics market in Georgia and Regions Central Asia be able to drive sales by acquiring new clients while maintaining existing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the logistics industry.
- Meet with potential clients and partners within Georgia.
- Attend in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote MG Logistics services.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team (transportation handled by dedicated colleagues) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years experience in sales within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Georgian market and its logistics landscape.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Georgian, English and/or Russian is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Set and achieve sales targets, providing regular reports on progress.
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in managing customer relationships using digital tools.
- Previous experience working with international clients or freight forwarding services.
- A proactive approach to identifying client needs and developing tailored solutions.
